This is a half-scale 6-pounder (I built) with your wheels. I bought them around 3 years ago. They make the cannon!!! Every piece of wood on this piece is hickory. I made the trunk out of two 10 quarter by 12 rough sawn (pieces of) Hickory. The barrel came out of Arkansas, I think. It's a real crowd pleaser. I started with the barrel and then started searching for wheels. The realm of choices is endless. . . The most expensive component of this cannon are your wheels and it was money well spent.

This grand entry for Mattress Firm's trade show exhibit using our Decorative Wood Wagon Wheels definitely tied their product line into the western theme for the Houston rodeo.
"Here are a few pics of the Ranch Entries we made for the Houston Rodeo. I aged the wheels I bought from you (Hansen Wheel & Wagon Shop) to make them have the outdoor weathered look. Tree logs are facades–we made them too." wrote Hansen Wheel & Wagon Shop customer Arnold Sanchez.
Hansen Wheel & Wagon Shop customer, Leigh Cordner of Kissimmee FL, built this Old World style cart using our 30" diameter Decorative Wood Wagon and Cannon Wheels and 1" round axle. The cart was incorporated into the tournament productions at the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament attraction in Orlando FL.
Dave put a lot of research into making sure he had the right components to build this authentic design cannon. Dave used our 30" Scale Cannon Wheels with heavy 4-band hubs and 14 spokes–the standard for most original cannon wheels. He also chose to use our sturdy axles with lynch pin–an original aspect of axles traditionally used on Civil War Era cannons.Read More
When Tony Dixon of Arizona Heater Rentals called us to buy a chuckwagon and wagon wheels, he had a clear vision of what he wanted for his Guadalajara Furniture rentals for parties. We outfitted a chuckwagon with a canvas top which reads "Arizona Territory" and Tony used the wagon wheels for a custom serving table to rent out with southwest tables and chairs.
