Return Policy

It is important to us that our customers be completely satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with the quality on any of our products, we want to hear from you! Superior Quality, Satisfaction and Service is our Guarantee.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you're not completely satisfied with any stock merchandise you have received, just return it within 60 days of receipt for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee) or exchange, no questions asked. Custom ordered and custom size items are not returnable unless we have made an error in your ordered item(s) or if the item is defective. All items must be in their original condition with the original packaging. Unfortunately, original shipping/processing charges and return costs are not refundable. However, in the case of a HWWS error or defect we will send your exchange with no additional shipping/processing charges. 

1. What is Hansen Wheel and Wagon Shop's return policy?

If you choose to return any merchandise you have ordered from HWWS, you may do so within 60 days of receipt for a full refund (a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund) or exchange.

All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable and shipping costs on exchange items are in addition.

2. What if my item is defective, broken or needs repair?

Hansen Wheel and Wagon Shop stands by their products. However, on rare occasions, a product can have a defect that was undetected by the shipping department or that becomes apparent during use. If a product you've purchased from Hansen Wheel and Wagon Shop has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at shop@hansenwheel.com or call 1-605-996-8754

If it looks like damage or loss occurred during shipping and you are present for the delivery, make sure to notate damages with the delivery personnelIf you are not present, please document photos of the package, packaging, and any damage to the item(s). The carrier can request inspection of the damaged box before processing claims, so make sure to save all shipping boxes and materials until a claim is finalized. Freight shipment damages must be notated by the consignee and driver on the bill of lading upon receipt. If the BOL is signed as being received in good order, a claim cannot be filed. If photos are not taken, the box/packaging are not kept, or BOL is signed without damages noted, HWWS has no available recourse for claims and a replacement order will be the customer's responsibility.

3. How do I return or exchange an item?

All items returned must be in their original condition and must be returned within 60 days of receipt. If an item was ordered as a set, it must be returned as a set. Please use a sturdy box and sufficient packaging materials and include a copy of the original order paperwork. We request that the package is returned using a courier who will provide proof of delivery. All shipping/processing charges on returned packages must be prepaid.
