Appraisals

Hansen Wheel and Wagon Shop has been in the business of constructing and restoring authentic horse drawn vehicles since 1978.  Our experience with vehicles and their manufacturing techniques and sales has equipped us with the working knowledge to consider ourselves experts in the field.  Many companies and individuals have sought our services for constructing, repairing, designing and more recently – appraising.  It is with our experience following the market place throughout the industry that we draw upon to provide people with current values for insurance, charitable donations, market and/or replacement value. 

If you are in need of an appraisal the following things are required and can be sent to us via email at dwhansen@hansenwheel.com.

• At least twelve photos with quarter views and detail views.
• At least two photos to disclose any damaged areas with a description of damage.
• Your brief description of the vehicle including where it has originated from, it's history, when you acquired it and any known restoration work applied. Also we would need to know if you have been driving the wagon or how mechanically sound it is if you haven't.

The cost of a single vehicle appraisal is $150.
