Abbot-Downing Co. of Concord, NH showed this coach in their catalogs as a passenger wagon. This stage is an original vehicle. The restoration was just completed this year by Hansen Wheel & Wagon shop. It has several markings stamped on the original irons. The blacksmith name on the step is C.H. Abbott, while the blacksmith's name on the hammer strap is J.A. Gervais. R. Rownan is stamped on the wheel hub, and the serial number 9727 is stamped on several places on the coach.
