These are the most beautiful bells. I purchased mine during lock down and I watched them travel from the USA to the UK over the course of a few weeks and was so excited to receive them on Christmas eve, just in time for the big day. They are delightful and albeit a great price, I hadn't factored in the import duty and tax on top of the price of postage to the UK. I also can't work out why they are so much cheaper than the other straps, but for me, they are an absolute bargain, and I love them.
