These plans were drawn by Ivan Collins to produce a model concord stagecoach. Although it states Abbot Downing on the plans, we recommend the discriminating builder consider all aspects of the design prior to starting the project.
Many of the design aspects of this coach body more closely resembles the Concord coach built by Banning than the Abbot Downing Concord coach. Also, some of the construction details in the plans are more suited for model building than a full-size coach, for instance the actual full-size coach has 8-10 roof hoops not three.
