Your Adventure Awaits with the Guest House Sheep Wagon!

We’ve combined all of the premium construction options into the Guest House Sheep Wagon design.

Head out on the trail in the ultimate “RV” of the Old West or pull it to the ideal location to set up base camp for guests or weekend outings. Built on an original restored wooden wheel wagon gear with 42" wide bolsters, this sheep wagon provides all the functionality of the original sheep wagon design, but with the best of aesthetics.

The sheep wagon box is constructed with yellow poplar sides and hardwood floors. End walls are covered on both sides with wainscoting and insulated. Six oak bows with cross slats comprise the frame for the traditional canvas covering with batting insulation. Then, we add the finishing touch of a durable copper roof.

The exterior body is painted or stained and then given an aged patina for an authentic antique appearance. Bows, interior walls, and woodwork have a durable varnish finish.

We incorporate all of the traditional options into our sheep wagon design including two side storage boxes with one exterior and two interior access doors, a hinged rear window, and an authentic style Dutch door with a hinged window and forged latch. The rear boot with the access door is drop-hinged with a forged latch. The sheep wagon interior has an oak oak-faced bed frame with four built-in drawers and a slide-out table with leg. Additional options are available to customize our Guest House Sheep Wagon for your intended use.

Q&A

Question: How do you ship this vehicle to me?

Answer: We coordinate shipments of large freight items - such as our wagons, carriages, and coaches - within a network of private carriers so that your freight is safely transported to your destination without transfer. These are usually coordinated as partial loads in order to save costs, so it can take anywhere between 2 days to 2 weeks to find a ride. They will be transported in enclosed vans that vary from "U-Haul" size box vans to full 53' semi trailers. Contact us for more information and freight quotes. You may also arrange your own shipping through uship.com.

Question: How do I offload this vehicle at delivery?

Answer: If you have a delivery location with a loading dock available this is your best option. However, we can also deliver to any location that a semi-trailer can access. We then recommend coordination with a towing service to use a tilt-bed wrecker truck. The vehicle can be rolled off the trailer on to the bed of the wrecker truck and it will be tilted/lowered down to the ground from there.
